However, these certain behaviour produces unwanted effects that are referred to as its symptoms.

Moreover, panic attack and anxiety are also two terms that are often used interchangeably even though symptoms of panic attacks and anxiety may be the same. It should be understood that although patients with panic attacks are experiencing anxiety, the difference of both conditions lie on the level of the intensity of the symptoms and the span of time the symptoms might be felt.

II. What are panic attacks symptoms?

Patients with panic attacks are said to feel scary sensations that may be brought about by certain stimuli or the happening of an event. However, these sensations stay as one because they are only physical manifestations of having high level of anxiety. In real sense, there is nothing to be afraid of for these sensations may brought about fear but not the true sense of it.

Moreover, all symptoms and thoughts are often products of one’s anxious nerve signals that come from the brain but are not considered to be illness. As for symptoms, not everyone feel the same of it because everyone is different biologically. However, the most common panic attack symptoms are rapid heartbeat, sweating, shaking, having choking sensation, chest pain or discomfort, nausea and dizziness, light headedness, feeling unreal or dreamy, chills or hot flashes and having disturbing thoughts.

The panic attack symptoms are said to be due to the biological changes one undergoes during times of stress and anxiety. The nerves tell the brain what should be the reaction of the body under certain conditions. When the nerves sense a feeling tiredness and anxiety, it may be interpreted as feeling of the skin burning, and for the eyes, it may let one see ripples like that of water as a sign of confusion.

More importantly, it should be recognized that perceived sensations from the brain cannot hurt anyone. Moreover, these sensations are only caused by confused nerve impulses.

IV. What now?

Anxiety and panic attacks are one’s natural reaction to certain stimuli. It should be understood that these conditions can be treated. Moreover, patients with this problem need support from loved ones so as to assure one’s self of its safety.
