The following is a list of the Top 10 Villains from DC Comics. Each selection is accompanied with a bio, picture, and video. LEave your feedback and share your top 10 list of DC Comics VIllains

#10 - Solomon Grundy

 Solomon Grundy, a zombie, was formerly known as the infamous gangster Cyrus Gold. He was betrayed by his gang, cursed, and thrown into a mystical swamp. Grundyu first appeared in All-American Comics #61 (October 1944).

#9 Doomsday

Doomsday first appeared in Superman: the Man of Steele #17 (November 1992). Doomsday was created in the past on Krypton and was the only villain to kill (temporarily) Superman. It's powers was cloned from Superman.

#8 - Gorilla Grodd

 Gorilla Grodd first appeared in the Flash v.1 #106 (May 1959). Grodd is a super intelligent evil mastermind who is bent on conquering the world. He has super strength and metal control powers.

#7 - Brainiac

Brainiac first appeared in Action Comics #242 (July 1958). He is a a brain interactive construct and sets out to destroy Superman.

#6 - Sinestro

Sinestro first appeared in the Green Lantern vol.2 #7 (August 1961). Sinestro was the former mentor to Hal Jordan and became the arch nemesis to the Green Lantern Corps. Sinestro was banished to the planet Qward of the animatter universe. He took on the yellow ring and had all the powers of a Green Lantern.

#5 - Catwoman

Catwoman first appeared in Batman #1 (1940). She was first an adversary of Batman. But more recent comics have her becoming more of a heroine. She was also considered a love interest to Batman.

#4 - Ra’s ah Gul

Ra’s al Gul first appeared in Batman #232 (June 1971). His name is Arabic for "The Demon's Head". He has face several superheroes but has a unique feud with Batman.

#3 - Darkseid

 Darkseid first appears in Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #134 (November 1970). Darkseid's ultimate goal is to eliminate "free will" throughout the universes. His biggest feud has been with Superman.

#2 - Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor first appeared in Action Comics #24 (April 1940). Luthor is an evil genius who sees SUperman as his biggest challenge to taking over the world.

#1 - The Joker

 The Joker first appeared in Batman #1 (1940). He is the archenemy of Batman. The joker is a sociopath who finds humor in carrying out his evil plans.
